The prices presented on the website do not include the Tourist TAX.
Accommodation is available from 2pm on the day of arrival until 11pm on the day of departure. In case of short, one-night reservations special conditions apply; Guests are requested to fill in the Contact, Message form giving the number of people and the required date and they will be informed about the availability and the given rates. Accommodation in the Easter and New Year’s Eve holiday periods is available for special holiday rates and can be booked only for at least three nights. This latter condition applies for other public and bank holidays as well. The deposit is the 30% of the full price of accommodation (50% in case of special holiday periods) which remains at the service provider in case of cancellation or no-show. The online booking system ensures contact between the Service provider and Guests and it is also suitable to complete the reservation process. Reservation can be made by filling all the boxes of our reservation form with all real data, current e-mail address, as it is a necessary condition to confirm your reservation claim. Prices of the website are only valid in case of booking through the website of Yewlake Guesthouse.
Prices in the Pricelist, Price offer and Online Booking system are mostly valid, still the amounts to be paid for the services will always be the ones that we send in the confirmation e-mail. The confirmation includes the actual prices calculated according to the price list on the website and other booking conditions; in case of any price difference we ask Guests to confirm their bookings with the amended amounts. Service provider has to right to change prices and apply special rates for the holiday periods.
The prices for the accommodation and other related services (apart from the deposit) are to be paid by the Guest for the Service provider on the day of departure the latest according to the agreement between them and also the provisions of the General Conditions. Deposit can be transferred to the account number given by the Service provider within 8 days from the confirmation of the reservation. Reservation is valid after receiving the deposit and confirmation from the Service provider.
Reservation is guaranteed from the date of the booking up to the date given above but Service provider reserves the right to cancel reservation until this date without any explanation or further conditions. Guests can make any complaints to the Service provider and any possible failures in the service are discussed and arranged between them. By sending the reservation Guests agree that they have read and accept the booking and cancellation conditions and are willing to pay for the costs of services.
